step1 If you are a new customer, you must register on upointer firstly.the E-mail address you provide will be used to receive your pin number. then login with your user name and password.

step2 Select your favorite phonecard and press "add to cart" button then you will see a list to show the phonecard you select and price. then you can decide to continue shopping or check out.

step3 when you choose to check out, you will access a payment page. if you have a credit card, you even do not need a paypal account. you can pay by credit card directly when you fill out your credit card detail form on payment page. otherwise, you need to register a new paypal account at www.paypal.com.au or login your existing paypal account and pay by your bank account or paypal account. once we receive your payment we will send PIN number to your E-mail address that you provide when you register with us.

Please remember, We do not keep any of your payment infomation, all payment will be through paypal. we advise that you deposit some money into your paypal account or link your bank account with your paypal account so that you can pay by your paypal account to get your PIN number instantly without waiting. otherwise, if you pay by echeque, paypal will verify your bank account and usually that will take about four working days. your payment status will be showed as pending in our system. we can not send PIN number to your E-mail address until your payment status become completed.
